Backend Executive - Operations

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Back End Executive to manage banking operations, transaction verification, MIS reporting, and coordination for our gold loan branch network

Key Role & Responsibilities:

• Process and authorize branch fund transfers through NEFT/RTGS/IMPS and verify customer disbursal requests
• Reconcile daily branch bank entries with bank statements to ensure transaction accuracy and zero discrepancies
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering branch-wise gold loan disbursals, outstanding balances, and other management requirements
• Maintain accurate datasets using advanced MS Excel formulas and functions
• Coordinate with gold loan branches, the central finance team, and banking partners to ensure smooth operational activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: B.Com, BBA, Finance, or a related bachelor's degree
• Experience: 2–5 years in back-office operations, bank reconciliation, or administration within NBFCs, gold loan companies, retail banking, or financial services
• Advanced MS Excel: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, and large datasets
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, analytical skills, and integrity in handling financial transactions
