Job Role: Associate Area Business Manager
Experience: 3+ years of Life Insurance experience
CTC: 3.00 To 5.50 LPA + Incentive
Location: Motihari - BH

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and management of Leaders - Identify, recruit and manage Leaders from the respective location. 
• Develop strategies to increase agent productivity and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide regular coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to agents to ensure optimal results.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support agents in achieving their sales objectives.
• Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies, processes, and compliance standards.

Qualifications and Skill:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing a high-performing team.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to drive business growth.
