Project Engineer - Mechanical Design

Job Role: Mechanical Design Engineer (Ventilation Systems)

Experience: 5–8 Years

Location: Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer – Mechanical Design with strong expertise in structural design, mechanical enclosures, installations, and ventilation systems.

The role involves new product development, detailed mechanical design, engineering calculations, CAD modeling, BOM preparation, and supporting prototype and manufacturing activities.

Required Skills:

Strong fundamentals in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Design, and Engineering Calculations.

Hands-on experience with Creo and 2D/3D mechanical design. Experience in ventilation systems/components, enclosures, installations, weldments, and assemblies.

Knowledge of GD&T, ISO GPS, DFM/DFA, and Tolerance Stack-up Analysis. Understanding of manufacturing processes and welding techniques.

Knowledge of thermal management, noise & vibration, and mechanical integration.

Experience with Teamcenter / Windchill / PLM tools.

Exposure to wire routing, harness design, and electromagnetic shielding is desirable.

Experience working in an ISO-certified engineering/manufacturing environment is preferred.
