Roles & Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard Sales Team Members to expand the business.
• Train, mentor, and motivate Sales Team Members to improve sales performance.
• Conduct regular field visits with Sales Team Members to generate new business opportunities.
• Guide Sales Team Members in customer acquisition and sales conversion.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and Sales Team Members.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
• Monitor team productivity and provide continuous coaching.
• Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company policies.

Candidate Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel locally.
• Local candidates preferred.
