Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Agency Channel team for the assigned location/territory.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop Insurance Advisors / Agency Managers.
• Drive business through the agency distribution network.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual business targets.
• Monitor team productivity, advisor activation, persistency and retention.
• Develop new markets and strengthen the existing distribution network.
• Conduct regular team reviews and performance monitoring.
• Ensure effective sales planning, market mapping and business development.
• Build strong relationships with advisors and key stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance and IRDAI guidelines.
• Take ownership of team performance and overall business growth.
