Job Role: Corporate Agency Manager
Experience: 2+ Years of Life Insurance Sector CTC: Up to 4.25 LPA + Incentive
Location: Bhubneshwer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Sell insurance products through the bank's network and achieve sales targets.
• Identify potential customers using the bank's database.
• Build strong relationships with bank staff and management.
• Train, motivate, and support bank employees to generate leads and close sales.
• Recommend suitable insurance products and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A graduate degree is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in Life Insurance
• 3+ Year residential or Native.
• Basic understanding of insurance and banking operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
