**Job Role: ** Senior Bancassurance Manager Experience: 4+ Years of sales experience in Banking and Insurance CTC: Up to 6.50 LPA + Incentive Location: Gandhinagar, GJ

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Sell insurance products through the bank's network and achieve sales targets.
• Identify potential customers using the bank's database.
• Build strong relationships with bank staff and management.
• Train, motivate, and support bank employees to generate leads and close sales.
• Recommend suitable insurance products and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate degree is required.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in Banking and Insurance.
• 3+ Year residential or Native.
• Basic understanding of insurance and banking operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
