Job Role: Hardware Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and review digital hardware schematics and high-speed PCBs.
• Develop and support FPGA-based hardware designs, preferably using Xilinx FPGA.
• Work with NXP, TI processors/SoCs or similar platforms.
• Handle board bring-up, testing, validation, and system-level debugging.
• Analyze and debug high-speed interfaces including DDR, PCIe, Ethernet, and USB.
• Work on power architecture, clocking, signal integrity, and hardware validation.
• Use ECAD tools such as Altium, OrCAD, KiCad, or similar.
• Perform hardware debugging and characterization using laboratory equipment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Digital Hardware / High-Speed Board Design.
• Strong experience in schematic design and PCB design/review.
• Hands-on experience with FPGA-based designs, preferably Xilinx.
• Experience with NXP / TI processors or similar SoCs.
• Strong understanding of DDR, PCIe, Ethernet, USB, and high-speed interfaces.
• Experience in board bring-up, testing, and system-level debugging.
• Good knowledge of power architecture, clocking, signal integrity, and hardware validation.
• Hands-on experience with oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, VNA, function generator, and electronic loads.
