Job Role: Associate Reicruitment & Development Manager
Experience: 2+ Years of field sales experience in any industry
CTC: Up to 4.0 LPA + Incentive
Location: Ahmedabad, GJ

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and train a team of agents to drive business growth in the assigned area.
• Develop strategies to increase agent productivity and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide regular coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to agents to ensure optimal results.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support agents in achieving their sales objectives.
• Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies, processes, and compliance standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1+ Years of field sales experience in any industry.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing a high-performing team.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to drive business growth.
