About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage insurance advisors in the assigned area.
• Train, motivate, and guide advisors to improve productivity.
• Monitor team performance and ensure business targets are achieved.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies for market expansion.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular meetings.
• Identify new customers and generate business opportunities.
• Drive market penetration through effective segmentation.
• Recruit and mentor insurance advisors through lead generation and continuous support.
• Take ownership of team performance and business growth.

Who Can Apply?

• Graduate candidates.
• 2+ years of experience in field sales / sales & marketing.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Experience in the BFSI sector will be preferred.
• Must have a valid bike and be comfortable with field travel.
