Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable .NET full-stack applications and digital/IoT solutions aligned with business goals.
• Develop modern web applications utilizing .NET 8, TypeScript, and React 18 to deliver high-quality user interfaces and experiences.
• Architect and implement robust REST, GraphQL, and gRPC APIs to support real-time data delivery and large-scale data processing.
• Build and sustain microservices-based architectures for enterprise-grade applications ensuring modularity and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with UX and product teams to translate business requirements into intuitive, scalable user experiences.
• Design and integrate solutions leveraging Azure AI Search, Redis Cache, Azure Blob Storage, and PostgreSQL for optimized data handling and search capabilities.
• Drive best practices in CI/CD, automated testing, unit testing, and Test-Driven Development (TDD) to ensure reliable and maintainable codebases.
• Oversee application administration, including performance monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting to maintain system reliability.
• Work effectively within cross-functional Agile teams to define technical solutions and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Provide technical leadership by conducting thorough code reviews, mentoring team members, and promoting engineering best practices.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance development methodologies and tooling.
• Support strategic technical decision-making and contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and infrastructure.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
• Hands-on expertise with .NET 8, C#, ASP.NET Core, TypeScript, and React 18 for building full-stack applications.
• Proven experience designing and developing microservices architectures and API-driven systems including REST, GraphQL, and gRPC.
• Strong knowledge of real-time data streaming, large-scale data processing, and asynchronous messaging patterns.
• Practical experience with Azure cloud services including Azure AI Search, Redis Cache, Blob Storage, and PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation including unit testing, test automation, and TDD.
• Proficiency in application administration, performance tuning, system monitoring, and troubleshooting production environments.
• Familiarity with file systems and handling large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a proven ability to lead and collaborate in Agile teams.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience with monitoring and visualization tools such as Grafana and Power BI.
• Knowledge of messaging and event streaming platforms like NATS, Apache Kafka, or Azure Event Bus.
• Exposure to UI/UX design principles and tools like Figma to enhance user-centric product development.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and build pipeline automation.
• Familiarity with authentication and authorization protocols including OAuth 2.0, Identity Services, and Active Directory.
• Prior work experience in the Mining, Construction, Industrial, or similar domains involving IoT and digital transformation solutions.
