Learning & Development Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Manager – Learning & Development, Sales Operations & Brand Standards to enhance employee capabilities through structured training, this role will be responsible for developing learning programs, improving employee performance, ensuring process awareness, and maintaining consistent brand and service standards across branches.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop annual training calendars, skill matrices, and role-based learning programs.
• Conduct employee induction, product training, sales training, and refresher sessions.
• Train branch employees on gold loan operations, KYC, documentation, customer service, and approved LAP processes.
• Ensure employee awareness of company policies, POSH, ethical sales practices, compliance requirements, and customer protection standards.
• Train employees on brand standards, branch presentation, and local marketing guidelines.
• Conduct employee assessments, practical evaluations, and field coaching to improve individual and branch performance.
• Maintain training records, learning materials, certifications, and training completion reports.
• Coordinate with Operations, Credit, Compliance, and HR teams to ensure effective training delivery.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, identify skill gaps, and implement corrective and remedial training programs.
• Support continuous improvement in employee productivity, customer service, and operational standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline; an MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in banking, NBFC, or retail lending.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training & Development.
• Practical knowledge of gold loan branch operations and sales.
• Exposure to Loan Against Property (LAP) operations is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Fluency in Hindi and English; Gujarati language skills are preferred.
• Willingness to travel regularly to branches across India.
