CTC: Up to 3.45 LPA + Incentive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of Sales Managers.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages growth and development.
• Ensure team adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Drive agency growth and market penetration within the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and market share objectives..

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3+ Years of field sales experience in any industry.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing a high-performing team.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to drive business growth.
