Job Description:

An Associate Area Business Manager leads regional sales, drives team performance and collaborates with business partners to meet company goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of Sales Managers.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages growth and development.
• Ensure team adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Drive agency growth and market penetration within the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and market share objectives.

Qualification Criteria:

• Min 3+ year of experience in Any Sales/Marketing/Insurance
• Qualification- Graduation mandatory
• CTC- Up To 5.50 LPA+ Incentive + Other Benefit
