Job Title: Assistant Business Manager – Gold Loan

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers for gold loans to achieve branch sales targets.
• Generate business through local marketing, customer referrals, and new customer acquisition.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, business partners, and sourcing agents.
• Support the Branch Manager in managing the sales team and achieving business objectives.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and guiding sales executives to improve productivity.
• Monitor daily sales activities, lead conversion, and team performance.
• Track loan disbursements, customer follow-ups, and portfolio performance.
• Prepare regular sales reports and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Identify business opportunities and contribute to the branch's overall growth.

**Eligibility Criteria **

• 3 - 4 years of experience in gold loan sales or related financial services.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Must be a resident of Bhiwandi.
• Experience in customer acquisition, field sales, and team coordination is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and develop business relationships.
