Position: : Business Development Manager

Experience: 2+ Years in Field Sales & Marketing

CTC : 3.15 LPA +Incentive + Other Benefit

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads in the assigned area
• Meet customers and clearly explain products or services
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Update customer details and sales records regularly
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
• Shareregular performance updates with the reporting manager

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation in any discipline
• 2 to 4 years of field sales experience (any industry)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Willingness to work in field sales
• Knowledge of local market is an added advantage
