Assistant Sales Manager - Direct Channel

1. Position: Assistant sales manager

4. Experience: Mini. 2 + Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing of BFSI/Insurance or Similar Industry.
5. CTC: 4.50+ Incentive + Other Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieving the sales target through assigned leads, which may be self-generated or may be generated by the Branch Ops, Call Center teams and/or other sources.
• Meeting prospective customers in assigned geography to understand their financial need and sell insurance solutions that cater to their needs.
• Take daily follow-up of clients
• Providing pre-and post-sales support (e.g., claim settlement)
• Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)
