Project Coordinator

Location Jaipur, Rajasthan Industry Life Insurance Function Project Coordination / Sales & Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor assigned insurance projects and business activities. • Track daily and weekly project progress and prepare MIS reports. • Coordinate with Sales, Branch, Operations, HR and other stakeholders. • Follow up on pending activities and ensure timely completion. • Maintain project trackers, documentation and performance reports. • Support implementation of business initiatives and process improvements. • Handle escalations and provide regular updates to management.

Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Project Coordination, Insurance, BFSI, Operations or MIS. • Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred. • Strong MS Excel, MIS, coordination and reporting skills. • Excellent communication, follow-up and stakeholder-management skills. • Life Insurance / BFSI experience preferred. • Jaipur-based candidates or candidates willing to relocate can be considered.
